Colombia, Bogotá: Bolivar Plaza - Capitolio Nacional de Colombia. The construction of the National Capitol took 50 years, started in 1876 and only finished in 1926. It houses the Congress of Colombia that consists of a Senate (102 seats) and the House of Representatives (166 seats). The statue is that of Tomás Cipriano de Mosquera who was 4 times president of Colombia.
